Dosage: Pharmacy Care Nicotine Lozenges 2mg should be used according to the following schedule. Step 1 – Week 1 to 6: 1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours. Step 2 – Week 7 to 9: 1 lozenge every 2 to 4 hours. Step 3 – Week 10 to 12: 1 lozenge every 4 to 8 hours. Do not use more than one lozenge at a time and do not exceed 15 lozenges per day
